Employees referred to the service will have access to 9 months of support, which includes fortnightly check-in calls. Our referral process is simple. While your employees can self-refer, you can also refer them to the service if you have their consent to do so. Just send us an email or give us a call and we will contact them directly.

 

For larger organisations across the UK, we can allocate a team of Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants who will provide virtual mental health support clinics for your employees monthly. This service is also fully funded and increases accessibility to our support service.

 

Our mental health support includes a variety of interventions to assist employees, increase productivity and combat presenteeism in the workplace. We've helped thousands of people since launching the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service with confidential and vocational support, assisting employees in retaining and regaining their ability to participate at work.
