On behalf of the Ministry of Justice, Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) are co-commissioning Greater Manchester Integrated Rehabilitation Services from 2021 onwards through the GMCA Education, Skills and Work Flexible Procurement System (FPS). HMPPS and GMCA are seeking trusted suppliers that can demonstrate expertise in delivering evidence-based interventions to address multiple requirements for those being supervised by the National Probation Service.

Maximus UK is looking to bid for Lot 2 of the Greater Manchester Integrated Rehabilitation Services: Education, Training and Employment (ETE) and Finance Benefit and Debt (FBD) service and would welcome expressions of interest to partner with us from organisations delivering FBD with experience of delivering interventions to offenders that have multiple or complex barriers.
